I'm humbled to have been featured in Forbes, Entrepreneur, and Inc. Magazine as one of today's top marketers. Most people know me as the founder of Every Vowel, a popular cartoon series which Business Insider calls the "Dilbert for this generation."
Others know me as the writer behind some of Forbes' most viral articles with 1.4 million views each. But to my clients, I'm the guy who helps their products go viral. I consult them on how to best market their products so they reach a much bigger audience.
I’m motivated by helping others. I tend to be very thorough, my number one priority is helping my clients avoid mistakes.
The Fiverr team reached out asking if I'd join Fiverr Pro. It was one of the best decisions I've ever made. It's my side hustle beyond my job as a marketing manager at Google.
It's more that my industry-specific experience has grown. For every client, I do hours of research before our consulting session. I need to have a deep understanding of their industry, competitors, and opportunities if I want to provide the best marketing strategy possible.
I've been lucky to have over 70 clients in the past 3 months so it's hard to pick a "favorite." I’ve had the pleasure of helping clients like Adam Fitting in Shanghai who created Comprehensive Cranium Care, a moisturizer for bald people to “own their dome.”
Michael Prasad in London who founded Plus Friends, a social media platform for HIV+ individuals. And Bollywood musician Mohamaad Ghibran who wanted to grow his base of 250,000 fans.
In today’s world, change is the only constant. As a marketer and writer, I strive to not only keep up with the latest trends but stay ahead of them. It’s the reason why I’ve earned a perfect 5-star rating from over 200 clients on Fiverr. I’ve seen what’s possible when you improve your skills and now I want to help others do the same.
Quality. There’s too much fluff in other e-learning courses. They overpromise but underdeliver. Fiverr Learn is different. There’s a reason it took months to create my 2 courses. Throughout the process, I had one goal in mind: create the best course on viral marketing that’s available today. Same with my copywriting course. No touchy-feely theories. Only proven tools, techniques, and templates that will get you results.
I created two courses. The first one is called “Stories That Sell: 7 Secrets To Create Killer Content.” This course is for anyone who wants to be a better storyteller and get featured in major publications like Time, Entrepreneur and Inc magazine. It’ll teach you how to use writing to get results. Most of all, it’ll show you how to hook and hold people’s attention when writing emails, articles, sales pages, social posts, and more.
My second course is called “Viral Marketing: 7 Secrets To Promote Any Product.” Going viral isn’t luck. It’s a process. In this course, I outline that process step-by-step whether you’re marketing a product, service, personal brand, crowdfunding campaign and more. Specifically, this course covers: how to get millions of views even if you’re in a “boring” industry, how to get influencers to promote you without pay, and how to increase sales by 22% by making a simple update to your marketing copy.
Fiverr has given me international exposure in a way I never imagined. It's made me realize how connected the world can be. It has also made me realize that marketing is more important than ever. It doesn't matter how great your product may be.
There is too much noise out there and every entrepreneur needs to find a way to stand out regardless of their location, industry, or target customer.
School ends, but education doesn’t. Great freelancers are lifelong learners. They’re always adding new skills and sharpening old ones. That’s why access to affordable online education is vital. The only prerequisite to being a great freelancer should be a great work ethic. Period. It shouldn’t matter where you’re from, who you know, or what you look like.
The future of work depends on education - and that’s why I’m grateful to share what I’ve learned as a marketer at Google, writer at Time magazine, and graduate of The Wharton School. I realize I was lucky in getting to these places so I’m paying forward everything I know in my Learn from Fiverr courses.
