Our Resolution Center exists to help our buyers and sellers have the best purchasing and selling experience possible on Fiverr. If you ever encounter an order issue, the Resolution Center has the answer. However, to keep up with our changing marketplace, we need to constantly update our Resolution Center to meet the needs of our community. That’s why we’re excited to announce a new and improved tool to help our buyers and sellers avoid order cancellations. We aren’t removing the ability to cancel an order, but there will be additional opportunities to find solutions to avoid unnecessary cancellations. Here’s what we hope the new dispute process will achieve:
Our new resolution tool will create an organized and structured communication system between buyers and sellers. This gives confidence to buyers when a dispute is opened and in process.
The feature is designed to always be accessible regardless of where you are in the order process, so it should encourage sellers to handle these open disputes as quickly as possible.
This tool will improve the ability of our buyers and sellers to resolve and troubleshoot issues on their own without having to involve customer support (but of course, our customer support team will always be there if you need them!)
Issues, which are escalated to customer support, will be easier for our support agents to resolve, as they can just look at the dispute instead of sifting through email communications, order page texts, etc.We have rolled out the new tool to our entire community, so please let us know what you think.
