How did you get into your industry? I originally worked for Apple, and have been in the IT industry for 15 years. I have attended prestigious schools, such as Mississippi State University, University of West Georgia, and Harvard University.
How did you hear about Fiverr? What inspired you to make your first purchase? I researched logos online and Fiverr appeared on Google. I have also heard about this from my friend when asking about inexpensive logos.
Can you share some of the favorite orders you’ve received on Fiverr? I have had a logo designed as well as an animated logo designed. I also had a commercial made for our Kickstarter campaign.
What advice would you give to a newcomer on Fiverr looking to achieve success? Make sure you find a designer of high quality and look for samples before choosing a designer.
What impact has Fiverr had on your life? Has it changed the way you think about your profession or career?Our commercial has helped us secure funding for our business, and brought attention to our brand!
What's the name of your startup, and where are you based? We are a private label company based out of Gilbert Arizona! We are outdoor/fitness enthusiasts and we create products that we wish existed, have them manufactured, and then sell them to people who are looking for the same things we are!
How has Fiverr helped your startup grow? Which Fiverr services have you used? Fiverr has provided us a platform to cultivate professional grade marketing and promotion while working with a startup level budget. We rose above our early competition in large part because of the high quality of the assets we were able to pump out thanks to the Fiverr community. We found fellow entrepreneurs on this platform that were hungry and driven just like us, so we were speaking the same language. For early stage startups and solopreneurs you can’t beat the ROI found on Fiverr.
How has Fiverr helped your startup grow? Which Fiverr services have you used? Fiverr has made it so affordable for me to create my marketing materials. Otherwise, I'm not sure I would have gotten anything done. I've used Fiverr to create logos, a website, and will be getting the cover of my ebook done via Fiverr. I even used the virtual assistants to help me organize my blog when I got too busy running after Gigs. I've never had a problem. It's easy and I find the best talent when it comes to graphics on there.
Would you recommend Fiverr to other startups?Anyone starting a company must use Fiverr. It's a one-stop shop of getting quality marketing materials done that are essential to any new business. You are guaranteed to find someone that matches your personal style to create whatever it is you are looking for, whether it's video editing, a blog post or flyers. Everything you need is on Fiverr.
Tell us about your startup.We are a video production company that produces everything from crowdfunding videos to broadcast promos.
How has Fiverr helped your startup grow? Which Fiverr services have you used?We have used Fiverr voice-overs for several of our videos.
Why would you recommend Fiverr to other startups?We would absolutely recommend Fiverr to every startup. It has allowed us to produce broadcast quality professional videos at an extremely affordable price. Both my partner and I have worked on very high-end productions for CBS, FOX, FX etc. and the level of v/o artists we have on Fiverr has been incredible. The ability to record v/o quickly and remotely has saved us thousands of dollars. We used Fiverr recently for a video we produced for Eagle Strike Fantasy Sports.
