Last week we hosted Zendesk’s training day at our offices. The day was designed for existing Zendesk partners and potential Zendesk customers.
Our romance with Zendesk started about two years ago as Fiverr was growing and in need of a customer support communication software. We were testing a number of different solutions at the time, focusing on a tool that will help us streamline responses to users while keeping our interactions personal. That’s when we found Zendesk.
So when we heard that they were in town, we were more than happy to offer our offices for their training day.
