We recently introduced an update to our workflow and policy meant to improve buyers’ ability to cancel orders which fail to go by their advertised schedule.
Buyers are now able to cancel orders in the following cases:
- At any time before an order is accepted by a seller
- When order is in-progress and exceeds its published duration by aprox. 24 hours
When an order is cancelled, the buyer funds are returned to his Fiverr balance. These funds will be used automatically when ordering other gigs on the site.
Up until now, buyers had 48 hour to review their delivered orders. We have removed this limitation and buyers can now post their reviews at any time after the delivery. 48 hours after an order has been delivered, the order will be moved to the ‘completed’ section in the ‘Shopping’ page.
