With the Summer Olympics now officially over, we can finally turn off the TV, get up from the couch and look back at the past few weeks.
36 sports, 17 days of jam-packed action, 2 awesome ceremonies, 10,960 of the most impressive athletes in the world uniting together… What more could we have asked for?
In this blog we saw some awesome Gigs coming from The Americas, Africa, Asia and Europe. For our final post of the series we’ll be having a closing ceremony of our own! Fellow sports freaks, put your hands together as we present (cue the fireworks) 5 awesome Gigs from Oceania.
1) Spiritual Healing (New Zealand)
The Olympics may not have been the most complicated time of your life, but that doesn’t mean you aren’t in need of some TLC. Trained psychic Katestrong is sure to give you some spiritual guidance and direction.
2) Simply Irresistible (Australia)
Have you spent the Olympics feeling like you really need to get yourself to a gym? We have! Those of us who don’t have bodies like user Dietmad were left with a deflated ego. Amazingtricks will help you become ‘irresistibly’ attractive to anyone, with ’6 unfair and deadly powerful tactics’.
3) As Fast as a Bullet (Australia)
Usain Bolt may be able to run like a bullet, but can you put a key on him and keep him in your pocket? Looking to show your love to a special someone? Morgansj will help you declare your feelings with these funky bullet key-rings!
4) Eureka! (Fiji)
We all know that Fiverr is a great way to make additional income. If you are looking for Gig ideas or help to build a business, Ravinpetro is on the case. He will take your hobbies and interests into consideration and help you think of new ideas.
5) Life’s a Game (Australia)
We went from a yellow circle being chased by jelly monsters to two Italian plumber brothers rushing to save a princess. This Gig boasts something none of the classic games ever have… YOU! Yankee77 will make you the main character in this retro game. This is an awesome gift idea or another way to indulge yourself!
Well, there you have it!
5 Regions, 25 Gigs and a whole lot of fun. All that’s left to do is get out our ice-skates and bobsleds as we count down the days till the 2014 Winter Olympic in Russia. See you there!
