Keeping this in mind, you need to put yourself in their shoes when writing descriptions for your services, offering images to help you market your work and providing explanations or next step directions to lead them to the final outcome of their project request. Your support is critical in delivering not only a quality experience when working with you, but also a quality experience in delivering the right service they are seeking. Transparency can help you do this.

Suggest More Services

Consider rewarding your customers with the opportunity to gain more from you without them even knowing they need more from you. Provide suggestions for additional services and offer examples from past clients or completed projects so that they can clearly understand what is they may not know they need. These add-on services add up – and as a result, so does your customer loyalty and sales.

The competition is tough out there, but you can stand out from the competition if you address the realities of your audience head on. Aim to understand who your customer is, stand in their shoes in an effort to communicate with them and offer services that exceed customer expectations.
