It’s a leap year of course and this February has an extra day bolted on to the end of it, just to confuse us all.
The tradition goes a little something like this. Guys are normally the ones expecting to be getting down on one knee, but on a leap day it is expected that the fairer sex have the honor. To me, it seems like the absolute worst day to propose, because many people like to keep track of the proposal day to celebrate EACH YEAR as a kind of proposal anniversary. So I say no to this! It’s a bad idea.
