Ah yes, here come the holidays, and Santa isn’t the only one coming to town this year. In the spirit of the season we are introducing a Gigtastic new feature that will enable you to give the unique gift of Fiverr for friends or loved ones.
Seriously, this is cooler than Santa’s fridge!
Introducing: Fiverr Gift Cards
If you’re anything like me, you usually wait until the very last minute to get your holiday presents. I find that 4:30PM on December the 24th is a great time to go shopping. Who wants to deal with the dangers of going to the store on Black Friday? Who wants to risk being trampled by people looking for this year’s hot holiday gift? This year, why not give the gift of Fiverr?
Here’s how it works:
Fiverr Gift Cards can be purchased for $5, $20, and $50, this way you get to choose how much you really care. It’s not like Joe from work and your girlfriend or boyfriend are equally important to you, right?
To purchase a gift card, first login to your Fiverr account. See that fancy new button on the homepage of Fiverr? (above) Click it. You will be taken to the order page:
Fill out the required information and click “Continue”
Looks pretty neat, right?
Your friend or loved one will receive a cool email showing a Fiverr Gift Card, along with a personalized message. The email will include a link to sign in to Fiverr and redeem their gift card. If they are not already a Fiverr user, they can click the link and register. Once logged in with their new or existing Fiverr account, the gift card funds will be in the “My Shopping” tab.
It’s that simple!
So this year, don’t get stuck frantically trying to find a gift last minute, or getting something lame that will be returned the next day. What do you get for the person who has everything? The answer is The Fiverr Gift Card. Spread the holiday cheer with the gift that keeps gigging!

This gift card is a real cool idea. I recently gave my penpal in India $30 to spend on Fiverr. I sent the money to paypal. However Indian laws require the funds in paypal be deposited to his bank. Now he cannot get the money to spend on Fiverr, because he cannot buy dollars.
What a shame. Now I can buy him gift cards all day long. Thank you Fiverr for making your services accessible to buyers in third world countries.

However, Can you provide some special offers?
For example, buying a $50 gift card the buyer also get a free gig.
Another idea is to reduce fees when you buy gigs using money earned by selling gigs.

Great gift too us too!!! Anyway, fiverr should give more option for payment gateways not only PayPal; this can be AlertPay, Webmoney etc.

Why are gift cards no longer available? Is there a way to fund my fiverr account with credits instead of using paypal for each and every purchase. I don’t want to use “damn quick pay”.
Where do I start,, It was TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE. Using a gift card, buying 10 gigs at a time, I saved 9 times $1.50 fees on my prepaid VISA card. Quickpay still treats each gig as a seperate sale. Everybody here said they loved gift cards, so they HAD to take it down. It’s the new law, REMOVE whatever they like.

I say to you, I definitely get annoyed while other folks consider issues that they plainly don’t recognise about.
